This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has a dedicated covered parking space, access to the condo pool, and a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach! The balcony is off the living space, which has a large TV, and plenty of space to relax. Free and fast Wifi included.

Condo Complex has a pool and clubhouse, and ducks live in the lagoon with fountain! Kids love to feed them.

Condo comes equipped with a beach friendly wagon and 2 beach chairs to make your stay incredibly easy. From beach toys to insulated cups, all you need is food and drink!

-Master Bedroom: King size bed with deluxe sheets and coverlet, full length mirror, TV, chest of drawers, access to bathroom.

-Second Bedroom: 2 Queens sized beds, both with deluxe sheets and coverlet, TV, access to bathroom.

-Bathroom: Full tub, toilet, sink, fluffy white towels, hair dryer

-Half bath: Toilet, sink, hand towels

-Living Room: Spacious, comfortable space for relaxing, watching TV, playing games. Attached to the balcony, which is the best spot to watch the sun come up with coffee or tea. Living room has 2 comfortable sofas, one of which is a queen sized pullout with crisp deluxe sheets and blanket.

-Kitchen: 4 burner stove, oven, big sink and fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Combo Keurig and drip coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls and eating utensils.

Condo is one second floor, so guests must go up one flight of stairs.

Entire space available to guests, nothing off limits.

Villas on the Gulf is a collection of condos that are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with private beach access via a boardwalk.

Condo allows access to the Clubhouse and Pool, and a Pool Deck.

Parking spaces: one is directly under the condo, in a covered space. Other spaces for guests on site.

This condo is across the street from a free trolley that runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from afternoon until midnight. Visit the “Trolley Tracker” at Visit Pensacola Beach website.

Pensacola Beach Boardwalk has live music, laid back yet impressive dining (check out our favorites listed in the binder in the condo), and fun beach and boutique shopping.

Downtown Pensacola is a short drive away, and is full of history, with a classic Spanish square, sushi and tapas restaurants, TRULY FANTASTIC high end boutique shopping, spas, festivals, and more, all walkable! Catch a minor league baseball game or a hockey game!

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the US Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, which has a famous, teeth rattling, BEACH AIR SHOW each July. Another air show over the Naval Air Station each November.

Pensacola has 2 artificial reef systems for beautiful colorful snorkeling. Park East is 1.4 miles east of Portofino, and attracts a variety of fish, sea turtles, and gulf wildlife.

This condo is steps from the beach, and across the street from the free trolley (Visit the “Trolley Tracker” at Visit Pensacola Beach website), that brings you to shops, fantastic restaurants, put put golf, waterparks, and the longest Zip Rail in Northwest Florida at Laguna Beach Bar and Grill.
